Course Access Policy

How long you keep a course on Boost Academy depends on how you got it. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. Every course needs a Boost Academy account, and nothing below outlasts the account itself.

Free Courses

Free courses are open to any registered member. Sign in and enroll. Once you are enrolled, the course stays with your account.

Members-Only Courses

Members-only courses are free and cannot be bought. Any registered member can enroll, whether or not they hold the Underground Training Pass, and the enrollment stays with your account.

Courses You Buy

When you buy a course, you keep access to it for as long as you keep your account, whatever your membership. That includes a course you bought before or after holding the Training Pass: a purchase never depends on it.

If a course purchase is refunded, or reversed by a chargeback, your access to that course ends. See our Refund Policy.

Courses Included with the Underground Training Pass

Training Pass holders can enroll in paid courses at no extra cost. That access is a benefit of the pass, so it lasts only while your Training Pass is active.

When your Training Pass ends (because you cancelled and your billing period ran out, it was refunded, or a pass you earned or were granted expired), you lose access to the paid courses you enrolled in through it. Your progress stays on your account. To continue, buy the course or renew your Training Pass.

Courses you bought, and free and members-only courses, are not affected.

Courses Opened by a Sprint

A Sprint on Operator Underground can open a paid course for its participants. That access lasts for the Sprint and a short grace period after it ends. After that, the course follows the same rules as any other paid course: you keep it if you hold the Training Pass or buy it.

Closing Your Account

Course access belongs to your account. If you delete your account, or it is closed under our Terms, you lose access to every course on it, including the ones you bought.
